Marketing automation · growth & retention systems

I build the machine, not the campaign.

Give me a growth problem and I'll hand back a system that runs it — content and AI search, lifecycle journeys, paid acquisition, and the attribution layer underneath all three.

I work at the seam between marketer and engineer. Same person writes the strategy, builds the n8n workflow, wires the WhatsApp API, debugs the postback, and reads the cohort table on Monday. Nothing waits on a handoff.

What I can run

Seven capabilities. Most people who have three of these can't build the other four themselves — that's the whole pitch.

cap_01 · workflow automation

Turning a marketing process into a pipeline

If a task happens more than twice, it becomes a workflow. I build in self-hosted n8n and drop to code where the node doesn't exist — APIs, webhooks, queues, retries, error branches, human-in-the-loop approval steps.

  • Content pipelines, reporting pipelines, lead-routing, enrichment, CRM sync, alerting.
  • Built an AI GTM discovery engine that takes business context and outputs ICPs, prospecting filters and CRM configs into Sheets.
  • I design for the failure case first — the useful question is what happens when the API 429s at 2am.
cap_02 · ai search

SEO, and being the answer inside AI models

Classic technical and content SEO, plus GEO and AEO — shaping content so ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews cite it instead of routing around it. Entity coverage, schema, extractable structure, first-party data models can't synthesise.

  • Built an automated audit system scoring technical health, schema, Core Web Vitals and AI-search readiness into a prioritised action plan.
  • Programmatic and cluster SEO: pillar architecture, intent mapping, and pages generated at scale rather than written one by one.
  • I run an AEO/GEO track in a practitioner community, which keeps this current instead of six months stale.
cap_03 · content systems

Content produced on a pipeline, not on inspiration

Keyword queue in a sheet, research step, drafting step, brand-voice and fact pass, publish, index, report. Human judgement stays on brief and edit — the machine does everything either side of that.

  • Hindi and English, long-form and short — plus scripts, carousels and creative for faceless social formats that don't need a face on camera.
  • Codified my own frameworks so a brief produces the same standard whoever runs it, instead of depending on who's writing that week.
  • This is where most of the 6M+ traffic came from — published while I was working on something else.
cap_04 · lifecycle & crm

Drip journeys on WhatsApp, email and push

Onboarding, activation nudges, renewal, win-back. Built as event-triggered journeys with proper segmentation and frequency control, not blasts on a calendar.

  • Worked WhatsApp from both sides — running campaigns on it, and architecting a WhatsApp Business API platform underneath: templates, opt-in states, delivery and read webhooks.
  • Built an Instagram DM automation SaaS on Node.js with Redis queues, Meta webhooks and payments.
  • CRM/CDP work in WebEngage: segments, journeys, and automated MIS reporting on top.
cap_05 · performance marketing

₹10+ Cr of spend, managed to a number

Meta and Google at scale across fintech, broking, real estate and education. Account structure, audience architecture, creative testing at variant level, and the discipline to kill an angle when the data says so.

  • Segment-first planning: build the audience thesis and the job-to-be-done first, then write three creative variants against it and let the test decide.
  • App and lead campaigns both — install/event attribution through MMPs, and offline conversion feedback for lead quality.
  • Compliance-aware copy in regulated categories, where the wrong claim is a bigger problem than a bad CPL.
cap_06 · measurement

Attribution I can debug, because I built it

Every campaign measured, every funnel attributed, every experiment written down — and when the off-the-shelf tool doesn't fit, I've written the replacement.

  • Built a UTM attribution service — redirect middleware, no client-side script, platform rule engine.
  • Built a smart-link router: device-aware routing to Play Store, App Store or web on a short domain, with click tracking.
  • GA4, MMP postbacks, Meta Ads API pulls, automated cross-channel weekly reporting into Sheets and dashboards.
cap_07 · building the tools

I ship the software, not a ticket for it

Full products end to end — Next.js and PHP front ends, Firebase/Supabase and MySQL behind them, payment integration, auth, deployment. Marketing infrastructure I needed and couldn't buy.

  • Shipped SaaS in messaging automation, attribution, content platforms, and vertical products in health, travel and finance education.
  • Means a growth idea doesn't die waiting for engineering bandwidth — landing page, calculator, tool or integration ships the same week.
  • Also means I can talk to your engineers in their vocabulary instead of throwing requirements over a wall.

How I work

The same loop, whatever the channel.

01 — find

Start at the number

Which metric actually moves the business, and what's the shortest path to it. Everything else is optional.

02 — build

Do it manually once

Run the thing by hand until it works. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.

03 — automate

Then remove myself

Wire it up, add the error branch and the alert, and let it run without a human in the middle.

04 — compound

Measure, write it down

Attribution on every branch, results logged. The system gets better each cycle instead of resetting.
